- • As a Sales Executive at Sherpany, you will drive revenue growth by selling the company’s market-leading meeting management software to enterprise clients in Germany, directly contributing to the mission of making every meeting count for over 300 European companies and 12,000 decision-makers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include cold calling, presenting Sherpany’s vision to decision-makers across industries, engaging with multiple customer departments to understand their needs, identifying prospect requirements, creating tailored proposals, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion rates.
- • Sherpany is a Swiss market leader in meeting management software with over 150 employees across six European locations and remote teams in 19 countries, recognized as a top Swiss scale-up with unicorn potential by international investors, and part of Datasite LLC’s global network of innovators including Blueflame AI and Grata.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced B2B SaaS sales expertise, master full-cycle sales ownership, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and grow your impact in a high-growth, values-driven international environment where your ideas are welcomed and your professional development is actively supported.
🎯 Requirements
- • Solid B2B SaaS sales experience
- • Experience in 360° sales with a passion for owning the entire sales cycle
- • Native-level German and very good English skills
- • Self-organized, goal-driven, and persistent in reaching objectives
- • Creative problem-solver who enjoys finding new ways to tackle challenges
- • Enjoy networking and relationship building, backed by strong communication skills
