- • As a Sales Executive at Mondelez International, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s mission to lead the future of snacking by building strong customer relationships and ensuring optimal product visibility and availability in retail environments across the Bhiwani region. Your contributions will directly impact base sales, new product development (NPD) rollouts, and promotional effectiveness, helping Mondelez maintain its market leadership in beloved brands like Cadbury, Oreo, Bournvita, and Halls.
- • You will execute field-level sales strategies by maximizing visual impact and shelf availability through strategic merchandising techniques, ensuring that Mondelez products are prominently displayed and accessible to consumers. This includes implementing and monitoring promotional activities, managing point-of-buying materials placement, and maintaining consistent brand presence at retail outlets to drive consumer engagement and purchase intent.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve visiting assigned retail outlets, conducting shelf audits, arranging product displays, coordinating with store managers for promotional execution, and reporting on field activities including sales performance, stock levels, and competitor insights. You will also gather feedback from retailers and consumers to inform local market adaptations and support NPD launches.
- • You will be accountable for achieving field KPIs and annual sales objectives through persistent follow-up, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. This includes tracking promotional compliance, resolving stock-outs, and ensuring timely replenishment to maximize sell-through and minimize lost sales opportunities.
