- • As a Business Development Representative in Alan's Graduate Program, you will launch your sales career by mastering core prospecting and engagement techniques while contributing to Alan’s mission of transforming healthcare into a preventive, member-centric experience across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
- • You will develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies across email, social networks, and cold calls to spark interest among C-level prospects in sectors such as Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, or Hospitality, with the goal of booking high-quality discovery meetings.
- • After 12 months in your initial market segment, you will rotate to a new industry (e.g., shifting from Tech to Hospitality) to broaden your prospecting expertise and collaborate with different teams, enhancing your adaptability and market insight.
- • In your second year, you will continue as a BDR and may apply for the BDR Enterprise role targeting large accounts (300+ employees) or take on product demonstrations and discovery meetings for small businesses, building toward internal mobility into roles like Account Executive.
- • You will work within Alan’s culture of Radical Transparency and Distributed Ownership, where decisions are documented, feedback is direct and caring, and everyone is accountable for their impact, enabling asynchronous collaboration and continuous self-growth.

- • Master’s degree from a business school with up to two years of professional experience
- • Enthusiasm for Alan’s mission, drive to grow, and eagerness to learn in new roles
- • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- • Willingness to be based in or relocate to Paris or Bordeaux, France
