  • • As a Sales Lead at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will own and build the end-to-end revenue engine for a growing SMB-focused accounting firm, driving the transition from project-based to predictable monthly recurring revenue (MRR) in a 0-to-1 growth role.
  • • You will manage the full sales cycle including pipeline development, closing deals, onboarding handoff, retention, and expansion, while personally implementing automation and AI tools to increase monthly closes and sales efficiency.
  • • You will lead and develop a small team of direct reports (Lead Qualifier and Operations Analyst), run sales and ops meetings, scorecard reviews, and monthly KPI reviews with the Owner, and build SOPs, templates, and checklists for scalable, repeatable results.
  • • You will develop referral and partner channels with accounting firms, CFOs, attorneys, lenders, and brokers, maintain a strong Google Maps presence, handle sensitive information confidentially, and track KPIs such as MRR mix, client retention, close rate, and pipeline coverage to ensure performance and growth.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to scale a services business from early stage to $1M–$5M in revenue, work remotely with US-based clients across time zones, and thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment with high ownership and minimal management layers.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven 0→1 sales track record — you have scaled a services business from early stage to $1M–$5M in revenue
  • • Experience selling monthly recurring services such as bookkeeping, accounting, fractional CFO, IT managed services, or similar
  • • Demonstrated team leadership experience managing teams of 3–10 people
  • • Strong scorecard discipline — you manage performance through KPIs and numbers
  • • Experience managing distributed or global teams across time zones
  • • Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment with minimal management layers
  • • Experience working with US-based clients
