📋 Description
- • As Sales Lead at Nexos Corporation, you will take ownership of the entire sales function, setting strategy, leading the team, and driving revenue growth for an AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS product within the Tesonet Group.
- • Day to day, you will define and execute sales strategy, manage and scale a high-performing sales team, own the full revenue pipeline, and work closely with the executive team to align commercial goals with business objectives while staying engaged with key accounts and strategic partnerships.
- • You will join a team building a world-class product from scratch, where core architecture, data flows, and engineering principles are actively being designed, offering real ownership and the chance to shape how the product is built and how teams collaborate.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling sales operations within a high-growth tech environment, gain deep exposure to AI-powered analytics products, and achieve measurable impact on revenue and market expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology environments.
- • Demonstrated ability to define and execute sales strategy, manage and scale sales teams, and own revenue pipeline growth.
- • Strong track record of engaging with key accounts, building strategic partnerships, and aligning commercial goals with executive leadership.
- • Hands-on approach combined with vision and experience to build lasting sales functions in fast-moving, innovative companies.
