- ⢠The Sales Learning & Development role at Alan SAS is pivotal in transforming the sales organization into a high-performing, trusted advisory team by designing and delivering impactful training initiatives that align with the companyâs mission to make prevention the new norm of care. This role directly contributes to Alanâs growth by upskilling sales professionals across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada, ensuring they deliver delightful, knowledgeable, and compliant selling experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business results.
- ⢠Day to day, you will spend significant time in the field observing sales interactions to identify skill and performance gaps, design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs covering sales techniques, insurance expertise, legal compliance, and product mastery, build engaging training assets using internal experts and leadership, experiment with innovative formats such as AI-driven content and gamification to boost adoption, and manage change management efforts as the organization scales into new markets and launches new products.
- ⢠You will orchestrate two flagship annual eventsâthe Sales Kick-Off and Back to Schoolâbringing together 100+ sales professionals across three countries, collaborating with 15+ senior stakeholders including Heads of Sales, Crew Leads, and subject matter experts to co-create agendas, manage budgets, and deliver high-NPS experiences (recent scores: 59â77/100), continuously raising the bar for engagement and impact.
- ⢠You will design and launch targeted training programs on high-priority business topicsâsuch as the 2025 âPrevoyanceâ product initiativeâby partnering with sales leadership and managers to customize content for regional teams, enabling reps to build tailored offers, overcome complex objections, and master product features, directly contributing to quota attainment and performance improvements.
- ⢠You will help scale Alanâs Sales Enablement function by developing up to 20+ innovative, scalable training solutions annually, leveraging AI, gamification, and modern learning methodologies to continuously enhance the Sales Academy, ensuring it remains a competitive advantage in a fast-growing, multi-market health tech environment.

đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Learning & Development, sales enablement, or training role, or direct experience as a sales professional with a proven track record in performance improvement.
- ⢠Fluency in both French and English is required to effectively collaborate with teams and deliver training across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada.
- ⢠Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving senior leaders, subject matter experts, and global sales teams.
- ⢠Solid business acumen and deep understanding of sales processes, insurance products, and KPI-driven performance measurement.
- ⢠Excellent written and oral communication skills, essential for designing clear training materials, facilitating sessions, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- ⢠Genuine passion for enabling othersâ success, underpinned by empathy, active listening, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset focused on learning techniques and tools.
