- • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives while contributing to Canals' next phase of growth as a Sales Manager.
- • Spend time coaching, mentoring, and managing sales reps while staying actively involved in the sales process to help navigate complex deals and improve performance.
- • Join a profitable, rapidly growing company of ~100 people building AI-powered software for wholesale distributors in electrical, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, and related industries.
- • Develop leadership skills in sales strategy, talent acquisition, pipeline management, and team development while driving measurable impact on revenue and team success.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
- • Experience managing and developing quota-carrying sales teams
- • Strong track record of coaching reps to exceed performance goals
- • Deep understanding of sales process, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution
- • Ability to balance hands-on involvement with people leadership
- • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
