- ⢠As a Sales Manager at MillerKnoll, you will drive revenue growth and market expansion across Belgium and Luxembourg by building strategic partnerships with dealers and leading sales initiatives that align with the companyâs mission of âdesign for the good of humankind.â This role is pivotal in translating MillerKnollâs innovative furniture and design solutions into tangible business outcomes, directly contributing to sustainable growth and brand leadership in the Benelux region.
- ⢠You will own end-to-end sales cycles for designated dealer accounts, acting as the primary commercial liaison to identify, develop, and close opportunities through challenger selling, product application support, and coordinated go-to-market efforts with internal teams including National Account Managers, Global Account Managers, and Channel Development.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities include achieving financial and activity targets through regular dealer visits, leading product demonstrations and technical specifications discussions, preparing and responding to RFIs/RFPs/tenders with best-in-class quality, and leveraging Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and timely reporting to regional leadership.
- ⢠You will proactively uncover new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, engaging key influencers in the furniture and design ecosystem, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions for special projects, mock-ups, and SPAFS (Special Product Applications for Specific Projects).
- ⢠Success in this role requires fluency in French, English, and strong Dutch, combined with a proven ability to communicate complex value propositions persuasivelyâboth verbally and in writingâwhile maintaining the highest standards of integrity, diplomacy, and professionalism in all interactions.
- ⢠You will continuously deepen your product and program expertise to articulate MillerKnollâs competitive differentiators, support dealers with technical guidance, and ensure alignment between customer needs and portfolio offerings through close collaboration with product leads.

đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Minimum A-level or higher education qualification
- ⢠Fluency in French, English, and strong proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written)
- ⢠Proven track record of at least 5 years in generating new business within B2B sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, contract furnishings, or related industries
- ⢠Valid driverâs licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points, enabling up to 50% travel time across Belgium and Luxembourg
- ⢠Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with high drive, energy, and resilience, while remaining collaborative and team-oriented when required
- ⢠Strong numerical aptitude for preparing accurate quotations, forecasts, and financial reporting using CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
