  • • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of talented Account Executives (AEs). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that prospective customers evaluating our platform are expertly guided towards making informed purchase decisions that are deeply rooted in the demonstrable value EasyLlama provides.
  • • This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, providing critical support in pipeline management and deal closure, and actively contributing to the continuous enhancement of our sales processes and strategies.
  • • The ideal candidate is an execution-focused leader who thrives on hands-on coaching, excels in fast-paced and evolving environments, and possesses a proven ability to build and nurture consistently high-performing sales teams.
  • • Key responsibilities include leading and managing a team of 7-10 Account Executives, with a clear mandate to meet and exceed ambitious monthly revenue targets. You will be instrumental in driving consistent pipeline execution, ensuring seamless deal progression, and achieving on-time deal closure.
  • • You will be expected to coach your team members on core sales fundamentals, encompassing effective discovery, rigorous qualification, strategic deal management, and persuasive closing techniques. This coaching will be delivered through structured one-on-one meetings, comprehensive pipeline reviews, and focused forecast calls, establishing a strong operational rhythm for the team.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is deal inspection – identifying potential risks early in the sales cycle and proactively managing escalations to ensure successful outcomes. You will also be responsible for enforcing the adoption of our defined sales processes, tools, and CRM standards, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team.
  • • You will own the rep-level forecasting process, delivering accurate and predictable revenue commitments to sales leadership. This requires a deep understanding of the sales funnel and individual rep performance.
  • • Collaboration is key; you will work closely with the VP of Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to enhance overall execution and drive revenue outcomes. Your insights will be invaluable in providing feedback and recommendations to refine sales processes as the team and company continue to scale and evolve.
