- • As a Sales Manager at Intel Corporation, you will lead and manage sales activities across key industries including Military, Industry, Automotive, Medical, Data Centre, Networking, and Consumer markets in Taiwan, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading the sales team by setting vision and roadmaps, managing performance through goal-setting and metrics (PDCA), coordinating with technical support, marketing, and QA teams, and developing strategic business plans for key accounts.
- • You will work closely with Taiwan management and corporate headquarters to align on goals, product allocation, pricing, and resource leveraging, while building executive relationships with customers and mentoring team members.
- • The role involves channel management, including defining clear roles between channel and direct sales teams, supporting distributor development programs, and measuring distributor performance.
- • You will drive design wins and registrations, forecast accuracy based on weekly revenue, and coach the team in strategic selling and customer relationship development.

🎯 Requirements
- • More than 8 years of experience in semiconductor logic devices business
- • Deep understanding of semiconductor sales process and technologies (device, design, system)
- • FPGA experience is highly preferred
- • Experience working in global business environments with multicultural teams
- • Strong English communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders logically
