- • As a Sales Manager at Everfield AG, you will play a pivotal role in expanding aequitixx’s customer portfolio across Germany through direct sales, directly contributing to the growth of a leading B2B SaaS provider in the healthcare invoicing space. Your work will support Everfield’s mission to scale European software companies by providing strategic resources and operational expertise.
- • You will own the full sales cycle from strategic lead generation to contract closure, including conducting on-site customer visits, delivering compelling product presentations, and representing aequitixx at industry trade shows and events. This hands-on approach ensures you are deeply embedded in market dynamics and customer needs.
- • You will drive business development by monitoring market and competitive trends, identifying new opportunities, and advancing portfolio expansion in Germany with a proactive, hunter-closer mindset focused on converting leads into long-term partnerships.
- • You will build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships through personalized engagement and digital channels, actively pursuing cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value and satisfaction.
- • You will collaborate closely with product management and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, feeding market insights back into product development to enhance product-market fit and service delivery.
- • You will maintain and optimize the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring high data quality and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes through accurate tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
- • You will leverage modern sales tools to track performance, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver regular reporting to the CEO, enabling data-driven decisions that directly impact company growth and profitability.
- • You will join a fast-growing, international ecosystem backed by Everfield’s post-2022 expansion across 9 countries, working within aequitixx—a trusted leader in healthcare digital invoice processing headquartered in Rheda-Wiedenbrück with remote flexibility across Germany.
- • You will operate in a flat-hierarchy environment with short decision-making paths, high autonomy, and strong support from experienced sales leaders, allowing you to innovate, take ownership, and grow both professionally and personally while contributing meaningfully to a mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of three years of proven success in B2B software sales, preferably within small to mid-sized software companies.
- • Demonstrated experience and success in the German market, with ideal prior exposure to the healthcare sector.
- • Expertise in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and new customer acquisition to successful contract closure.
- • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, including ensuring high data quality and driving process improvements.
- • Hunter and closer mentality: proactive outreach, early opportunity recognition, and consistent deal execution.
- • Native-level German proficiency and fluent English communication skills.
- • Willingness to travel within Germany and possession of a valid Class B driver’s license.
