📋 Description
- • As a Sales Manager at Verto, you will drive the acquisition of companies and expand the company's footprint in Tanzania and the broader East African Region, directly impacting growth strategy by securing new clients and leveraging local networks and sales capabilities.
- • You will be responsible for growing revenue through new customer acquisition and upselling, developing and executing region-specific sales plans, optimizing sales processes for efficiency and accurate forecasting, and fostering strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- • You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging, use data and performance metrics to refine strategies, and conduct market research to monitor competitors and industry trends.
