  • • Lead the end-to-end operationalization and scaling of Nomagic’s partner ecosystem as the first hire on the channel team, directly reporting to the Global Partnerships Director.
  • • Transform defined partner strategies and signed initial partnerships into a functioning, revenue-generating channel engine that drives measurable pipeline and closed deals.
  • • Build and nurture direct relationships with partner sales teams across Europe and the US to align incentives, enable sales efforts, and co-create go-to-market initiatives.
  • • Identify, qualify, and route high-intent partner-led opportunities to internal sales and technical teams, ensuring seamless handoffs and accelerated deal cycles.
  • • Develop and deliver partner enablement materials, training programs, and sales playbooks tailored to partner sales teams to increase their effectiveness in selling Nomagic’s Physical AI solutions.
  • • Track, analyze, and report on partner-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue contribution to optimize channel performance and inform strategic adjustments.
  • • Travel extensively across Europe and the United States to meet partners in person, attend industry events, conduct joint sales calls, and strengthen long-term business relationships.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure partner needs are integrated into product development and customer onboarding processes.
  • • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, serving as both advocate and liaison to resolve issues, gather feedback, and ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
  • • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the channel program and report progress to leadership with data-driven insights.
  • • Scale the channel program from a foundational stage by identifying new partner types, expanding into untapped markets, and creating repeatable processes for future hires.
  • • Demonstrate ownership of channel revenue targets by directly linking partner activities to company-wide financial outcomes.
  • • Represent Nomagic at industry conferences, trade shows, and partner summits to build brand credibility and attract new channel partners.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner interactions, deal stages, and communications in CRM systems to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • • Proactively identify obstacles in the partner sales journey and implement solutions to remove friction and increase conversion rates.
  • • Work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup environment with minimal supervision, adapting quickly to evolving priorities and market feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or channel operations within a B2B technology company
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and scale a partner ecosystem from zero to a functioning revenue channel
  • • Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue through third-party sales partners
  • • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe and the United States
  • • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage partner pipelines and reporting
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with external partners and internal teams
