- • As a Sales Manager at U.S. Bancorp’s Elavon subsidiary, you will drive new business growth by sourcing and acquiring mid-market merchant customers across the Nordics, directly contributing to revenue expansion and market penetration in the payment solutions sector.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing profitable new business relationships, identifying opportunities through market and client knowledge, building and sustaining partnerships with technical and referral partners, serving as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams, managing client objections, and creating end-to-end sales strategies from negotiation to activation.
- • You will join a global payments leader committed to innovation, transparency, and inclusion, supporting over 1.5 million customers worldwide with tailored payment solutions powered by cutting-edge technology, while operating within a culture that values ethical conduct, collaboration, and continuous development.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in payment industry sales, refine consultative selling techniques, master CRM and sales enablement tools, and grow as a trusted advisor to clients — all while contributing to team success and advancing your career within a major financial institution that invests in employee growth and recognition.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the card payments industry
- • Fluency in written and spoken business English
- • Proven track record in B2B payment sector with established network and market knowledge
- • Completed university education or equivalent qualifications
- • Strong communication skills across telephone, Teams, and in-person interactions
- • Demonstrated drive for results, collaboration, agility, and ethical conduct
