📋 Description
- • The Sales Manager will operate in a player-coach capacity, combining hands-on consultative selling with support for the broader sales function to drive growth for a leading online retailer of wellness equipment.
- • Day to day, the person will conduct technical sales calls, engage prospects via live chat, phone, text, and email, answer detailed product questions, build trust through consultative communication, develop tailored recommendations, track leads in Google Sheets, and contribute to refining sales processes.
- • The company is a growing eCommerce business specializing in saunas, cold plunges, and red light therapy equipment, serving U.S.-based clients in a high-consideration, consultative sales environment focused on technical, high-ticket purchases.
- • The person can develop deep product expertise, play a key role in shaping the sales function, become a trusted advisor for customers making significant purchasing decisions, and contribute to improved sales processes and team performance as the business scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of B2C sales experience, ideally in a technical or consultative sales environment
- • Strong ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
