📋 Description
- • Provide key business analysis to sales leaders across the organization to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- • Measure the impact of sales operations and strategic initiatives by gathering, synthesizing, and presenting data through verbal and written formats to diverse audiences.
- • Manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks, establishing priorities and delivering end-to-end results in a fast-paced environment.
- • Develop analytical models to solve complex business problems and integrate insights into regular operational reporting and dashboards.
- • Assist in creating presentations and business reviews for the Senior Leadership Team, Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Legal, Customer Support, and Product.
- • Serve as a center of excellence for trusted insights and analysis within the Global Sales Operations (Core) Team.
- • Maintain and coordinate standard operating procedures, ensuring timely updates to systems such as Salesforce.com and alignment across departments.
- • Support field sales management with territory design changes, sales budgeting, and compensation planning.
- • Assist with ad-hoc reporting and management presentations to address urgent business needs and strategic inquiries.
- • Communicate informed conclusions and recommendations tailored to the needs of senior leadership and sales operational managers.
- • Demonstrate strong attention to detail by double-checking work and ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- • Cultivate strong working relationships across teams to share knowledge, collaborate effectively, and drive alignment on sales operations goals.
- • Apply a growth mindset to tackle unfamiliar challenges with autonomy, seeking help when needed to identify optimal solutions.
- • Use data-driven approaches to improve sales efficiency, scale operations, and preserve company culture during growth phases.
- • Leverage advanced Excel skills including Index Match, Getpivotdata, and Conditional Formatting to analyze large datasets and build dynamic reports.
- • Work closely with CRM systems, primarily Salesforce.com, to ensure data integrity and support sales process optimization.
- • Operate with a bias for action, taking initiative without waiting for direction to advance key sales operations priorities.
- • Maintain flexibility and a positive attitude when navigating complex, evolving business challenges in a global sales environment.
