Your ability to identify top talent and integrate them effectively into the Kin culture and sales process will be vital for scaling our operations.
- • Success in your first 6-12 months will be measured by the tangible impact you create. This involves not just mastering Kin’s systems, tools, and processes, but also demonstrating the capability to consistently understand, articulate, and drive key performance metrics. You will be adept at identifying coaching opportunities, celebrating team wins, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, all while maintaining a genuine positive and collaborative attitude in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- • Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining Kin’s reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction and driving our mission forward. By taking ownership of meaningful work, improving operational efficiencies, and contributing to our long-term sustainability, you will directly influence the company's rapid growth, strong unit economics, and profitability. You will be a trusted owner, proud of the progress you've helped achieve for both Kinfolk and the homeowners we serve.
