- • Sales Manager leading and developing the Account Executive team to drive new logo acquisition in a vertical SaaS platform serving MEP and specialty contractors.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and mentoring AEs, running one-on-ones and pipeline reviews, participating in customer meetings and deal strategy, supporting late-stage negotiations, ensuring pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy, and partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product.
