  • As a Sales Manager for Allegion plc’s SimonsVoss brand, you will drive growth in the B2B security technology market across the Aschaffenburg region, leveraging over 30 years of innovation in digital locking and access control solutions that secure buildings worldwide.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing your sales territory strategically, identifying and acquiring new construction and modernization projects, proactively contacting prospects via phone, referrals, CRM data, or on-site visits, advising clients on security and access needs, managing relationships with trade partners, overseeing projects from initial contact through tendering and closing, and building lasting networks with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • You will join a market-leading team of over 550 employees at SimonsVoss, a pioneer in digital locking technology with more than four million installed systems, operating within the global Allegion plc group committed to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity.
  • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical B2B sales, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge access control solutions, strengthen your project management and negotiation skills, and grow your professional network in a supportive, collaborative sales culture that values initiative and long-term customer partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical B2B field sales and project-based business development
  • Ideal background in security, building technology, access control, CCTV, TGA, or related technical building solutions
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to explain complex solutions clearly and willingness to deeply learn digital locking technology
  • Passion for proactive new business development and independent opportunity identification
  • Self-driven pipeline management with ability to prioritize activities based on project needs
  • Reside in or near the Aschaffenburg sales territory, fluent in German; English skills are advantageous
