• • As a Sales Manager, Commercial In-House at Spellbook Legal Inc., you will lead and scale the commercial sales team targeting corporate legal departments, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy and driving high-value revenue growth in a fast-growing AI-powered legal tech company.
• • Day to day, you will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team; manage performance against revenue targets; refine multi-stage sales processes; develop sales playbooks and assets; partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on account-based strategies; track and analyze key sales metrics; coach on complex deal execution; and align with RevOps on forecasting and territory planning.
