🎯 Requirements
- • 3-7 years of proven closing experience in SaaS or AI automation technologies, demonstrating a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
- • 1-3 years of direct management experience leading and coaching Enterprise Account Executives.
- • Demonstrated ability to coach and elevate AE performance through effective feedback, established sales frameworks, and hands-on live deal work.
- • Highly analytical approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and sales operations, with a keen eye for identifying trends and driving improvements.
- • Deep curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and the ability to comfortably translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes and value propositions.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to articulate vision and drive alignment across teams.
