This pivotal leadership role is designed for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about AI and possesses a deep understanding of enterprise sales strategies within the Japanese market. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy, focusing on acquiring and nurturing enterprise clients, and ensuring their successful adoption and utilization of OpenAI's cutting-edge AI products.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to lead and mentor a high-performing team of technical sales professionals. This involves not only setting clear objectives and performance standards but also fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. You will guide your team in understanding customer needs, developing tailored AI solutions, and managing complex sales cycles to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
