  • • Own the MindBehind conversational-messaging revenue stream for Brazil, translating local market needs into a repeatable, high-growth sales motion that scales across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • • Build and nurture a robust pipeline of Digital, SEO, and SEM agencies, turning them into long-term partners who co-sell and co-deliver MindBehind solutions to their brand portfolios.
  • • Run the full sales cycle—from first discovery to signed contract—leveraging your 4-5 years of tech-sales experience to shorten deal cycles and exceed quarterly ARR targets.
  • • Partner daily with Insider One’s global sales, product, and customer-success teams to craft hyper-relevant demos, ROI models, and business cases that position MindBehind as the strategic backbone of clients’ conversational-commerce stacks.
  • • Translate complex technical capabilities—AI-driven chatbots, omnichannel orchestration, CDP integrations—into crisp, brand-specific narratives that resonate with C-level, VP Marketing, and Head of Digital audiences.
  • • Lead consultative workshops onsite or remotely, uncovering pain points in customer acquisition, retention, and support, then mapping them to MindBehind features such as WhatsApp Business API flows, SMS automation, and AI intent recognition.
  • • Continuously refine Ideal Customer Profiles, buyer personas, and competitive battlecards using market feedback, CRM data, and win-loss analysis to sharpen messaging and accelerate deal velocity.
  • • Design and execute multi-threaded outreach campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events, experimenting with copy, cadence, and channel mix to maximize response rates and meeting conversion.
  • • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot) so leadership can forecast within 5 % accuracy and marketing can attribute pipeline contribution to specific campaigns and content assets.
  • • Serve as the voice of Brazil back to global product teams, aggregating feature requests, regulatory nuances (LGPD, telecom rules), and local channel preferences to influence the MindBehind roadmap.
  • • Champion the “care” ethos in every interaction—whether onboarding a new agency partner or troubleshooting a late-stage procurement delay—so clients feel supported, heard, and eager to expand.
  • • Mentor junior SDRs and BDRs by sharing call recordings, objection-handling frameworks, and negotiation tactics, raising the bar for the entire regional sales organization.
  • • Track KPIs such as MQL-to-SQL conversion, average deal size, sales-cycle length, and logo retention, presenting insights to leadership and iterating tactics every sprint.
  • • Collaborate with marketing to localize case studies, webinars, and field events that showcase customer success stories and generate warm leads for the funnel.
  • • Stay ahead of conversational-commerce trends—Meta’s WhatsApp Flows, RCS adoption, GPT-powered chatbots—and translate them into consultative talking points that position Insider One as the thought leader in LATAM.
  • • Travel across SĂŁo Paulo and key Brazilian hubs (Rio, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre) to run executive briefings, user forums, and partner summits that deepen relationships and expand wallet share.
  • • Contribute to the broader Insider One mission by participating in social-impact initiatives—SheLeads workshops, AI training for educators—so our commercial success fuels community uplift across Brazil.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4-5 years of proven success selling SaaS or tech solutions in Brazil, ideally within conversational commerce, marketing automation, or customer-experience platforms.
  • • Fluent Portuguese and advanced English; Spanish is a strong plus.
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, consistently exceeding ARR or revenue quotas.
  • • Deep network of Digital, SEO, and SEM agencies or demonstrated success building partner ecosystems.
  • • Expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales-engagement tools; forecasting accuracy within 5 %.
