  • • Own the entire Korea market P&L and become the face of Insider One to Fortune 500 brands, high-growth start-ups and digital-first retailers across Seoul, Busan and beyond. You will quarterback every stage of the sales cycle—from first discovery call to multi-year enterprise renewal—while building a best-in-class local team.
  • • Drive 100 %+ YoY ARR growth by landing, expanding and retaining logos such as Samsung, Nike, L’OrĂ©al and other Korean powerhouses already on our global roster. You will set aggressive yet achievable quarterly targets, design the go-to-market playbook and personally close seven-figure deals that move the global needle.
  • • Map the Korean martech landscape in granular detail: identify whitespace segments, track competitor moves and translate market intelligence into differentiated positioning that makes Insider One the obvious choice for AI-driven customer engagement.
  • • Architect and execute bespoke sales initiatives—vertical roadshows, co-branded webinars with Kakao & Naver, executive roundtables—that generate a predictable pipeline and position you as a thought leader in omnichannel personalization.
  • • Coach and inspire a high-velocity sales pod (SDRs, AEs, Solution Consultants) to exceed KPIs while living our “care” ethos. You will run weekly deal clinics, quarterly OKR reviews and on-the-ground client visits to ensure every interaction feels like a partnership, not a pitch.
  • • Translate complex technical capabilities into crisp business value for CMOs, CTOs and CFOs. You will craft ROI models, board-level business cases and bespoke proposals that turn data silos and fragmented journeys into revenue-generating, loyalty-building experiences.
  • • Maintain a forensic CRM discipline—accurate forecasting, stage-weighted pipeline, MEDDPICC rigor—so leadership can make real-time investment decisions and you can celebrate wins with confidence.
  • • Feed market insights back to Product & Engineering: surface unmet Korean needs around RCS, super-apps and privacy-first personalization so we stay three steps ahead of global competitors.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing and Partnerships to orchestrate seamless onboarding, advocacy programs and joint case studies that turn customers into megaphones.
  • • Champion Insider One’s social-impact DNA by mentoring women in STEM through SheLeads Korea, hosting Code Academy workshops and leading 100 Social Responsibility Projects that make technology a force for good in local communities.
