- • As a Sales Manager for Kardex AutoStore, you will drive growth in the DACH region by developing and selling high-speed Automatic Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), building on an established market presence to unlock new opportunities.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include proactively identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, designing and implementing customized sales solutions involving simulation and budgeting, and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent communication.
- • You will join a global leader in intralogistics innovation, working from offices in Bellheim and Zürich while enjoying the flexibility to work remotely across the DACH region and travel for customer visits as needed.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced sales expertise in automation technology, lead complex projects independently, and contribute to the expansion of a market-leading product line, positioning yourself for long-term impact and career growth within a supportive, innovation-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in sales within intralogistics, preferably with automation experience
- • Ability to manage the full sales cycle and lead complex projects from initiation to closure
- • Native or bilingual German and fluent English; additional languages from Baltics or East Europe are a plus
- • Background in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- • Willingness to travel and stay overnight for customer visits when required
