- • As Sales Manager for the Madrid Sales Hub at Lexroom, you will lead the charge in establishing and scaling the company’s outbound sales operations in the Spanish market, directly contributing to Lexroom’s mission of revolutionizing legal work through AI by driving SMB revenue growth and building a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
- • Day to day, you will own end-to-end SMB outbound revenue performance including ARR targets, pipeline coverage, win rate, and forecast accuracy; lead and coach SDRs and AEs through weekly 1:1s, call coaching, and deal strategy; design outbound systems including ICP segmentation, territory planning, multi-channel outreach, and SDR-to-AE handoff; manage hiring, onboarding, and ramp plans; enforce performance management via WBRs and root-cause analysis; develop career paths from SDR to AE; and coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product while maintaining CRM hygiene and tool discipline.

- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a sales organization from scratch, shape the outbound sales playbook for the Spanish legal tech market, develop leadership and coaching expertise across the full sales funnel, and grow into a broader commercial leadership position by demonstrating measurable impact on revenue, team performance, and market penetration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native or fully fluent Spanish with strong English for cross-team collaboration
- • Proven SMB sales leadership in B2B SaaS within the Spanish market, including experience managing SDR and AE teams with consistent quota attainment
- • Hands-on outbound expertise: ability to run sequences, cold call, and teach prospecting that converts, with deep understanding of effective discovery and closing techniques
- • Coaching mindset: skilled at diagnosing performance gaps across funnel stages and providing structured feedback using call reviews and scorecards
- • Metrics-driven operator: fluent in funnel math, forecasting, pipeline coverage, and able to identify bottlenecks at SDR or AE layers
- • Tool fluency: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), sequencing/automation tools, Sales Navigator, with strong discipline on data quality
- • Builder mentality: excitement about standing up a new market hub rather than managing an existing motion
