- • As the first external Sales Manager hire for Nooks Platform Inc., you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling the Mid-Market sales organization, directly contributing to predictable revenue growth and the refinement of the company’s sales playbook.
- • You will support your team by co-selling on calls, assisting during customer trials, leading pricing and negotiation discussions, and driving deals forward through hands-on leadership and example-setting.
- • You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new sales representatives to ensure team readiness and performance.
- • You will implement, improve, and standardize core sales processes to enhance consistency, scalability, and predictability in revenue generation.
- • You will monitor key performance indicators such as sales activity, pipeline health, monthly forecasts, and closed-won deals to ensure quota attainment and provide data-driven coaching.
- • You will deeply internalize the Nooks value proposition to effectively communicate its impact and align sales strategies with customer outcomes.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale the Mid-Market segment, leveraging insights from product, marketing, and customer success to optimize go-to-market efforts.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of sales experience, preferably within the SaaS industry
- • 3+ years of sales management experience in technology sales
- • Deep understanding of outbound selling and prospecting techniques
- • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions and drive actions
- • Strong leadership and team-building abilities, including coaching, motivation, and performance development
- • Excellent problem-solving, issue-resolution, and multitasking skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
