- • As a Sales Manager at AirOps, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and shaping the future of AI-powered content engineering solutions. This is a pivotal role where you will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives (AEs) dedicated to bringing innovative AI solutions to the mid-market. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring pipeline rigor, and driving forecast accuracy, all while enabling your team to consistently surpass their sales targets.
- • Your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day leadership of your AE team. This involves providing direct guidance, setting clear expectations, and fostering an environment where individual and team success is paramount. You will be expected to coach your AEs on best practices in sales methodologies, product knowledge, and customer engagement, helping them to hone their skills and achieve peak performance.
- • A critical aspect of this role is owning the pipeline quality and forecast accuracy for your segment. You will implement and maintain robust sales processes, ensuring that the pipeline is healthy, predictable, and accurately reflects potential revenue. This requires a deep understanding of sales metrics, the ability to identify risks and opportunities early, and the skill to guide your team in managing their individual pipelines effectively.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product. This partnership is essential for aligning sales strategies with broader company objectives, refining our go-to-market approach, and improving conversion rates at every stage of the sales funnel. Your insights from the field will be invaluable in shaping product development and marketing campaigns.
- • Driving consistent execution across all stages of the sales cycle is key. This includes overseeing discovery calls to deeply understand customer needs, guiding solution design to showcase how AirOps addresses those needs, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and effectively managing late-stage deals to successful closure. You will ensure your team is equipped with the knowledge and tools to excel in each of these areas.
- • Establishing and nurturing a culture of high accountability, relentless curiosity, and genuine customer value creation is fundamental. You will lead by example, encouraging your team to take ownership of their results, to continuously learn about AI and its applications, and to always prioritize delivering tangible business outcomes for our clients.
- • You will be responsible for reporting on key metrics, including weekly team performance, pipeline health, and any significant risks or emerging opportunities. This reporting will provide visibility to leadership and inform strategic decision-making.
- • Furthermore, a significant part of your role will involve the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of world-class sales talent. You will identify promising candidates, ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process, and provide continuous coaching and development opportunities to help your AEs grow their careers within AirOps.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-7 years of closing experience in SaaS or AI automation technologies, with 1-3 years of experience managing Account Executives.
- • Strong coaching ability, with a demonstrated capacity to elevate performance through feedback, established frameworks, and live deal work.
- • Highly analytical approach to pipeline management and forecasting, with a proven ability to drive accuracy and predictability.
- • Deep curiosity about AI and the ability to comfortably translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes for clients.
- • Proven track record of leading sales teams to consistently exceed quota.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
