- • As the first Sales Manager in Australia for Spellbook Legal Inc., you will build, lead, and scale the company’s sales presence across Australia and the broader APAC region, establishing the foundation for long-term market success.
- • You will recruit, train, and lead a high-performing Sydney-based sales team focused on enterprise clients, while also staying hands-on in complex deals and coaching team members to exceed revenue targets.
- • You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to mid-market and enterprise legal clients, build scalable sales processes and playbooks, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver localized solutions.
- • You will act as a key ambassador for Spellbook in Australia, helping establish the Sydney office, shaping regional operations, and representing the company in stakeholder engagements, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of sales leadership experience, including at least 2 years managing an enterprise B2B SaaS sales team.
- • Proven success in building and scaling sales teams, ideally as an early or first regional hire.
- • Track record of closing complex, high-value deals and improving sales efficiency (conversion rates, sales cycle length, deal size).
- • Experience developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies for mid-market and enterprise segments.
- • Strong understanding of the Australian market; APAC experience is a plus.
- • Skilled at implementing scalable sales processes and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
