  • • This position carries the significant responsibility of managing a book of business valued at a minimum of $35 million, requiring strategic oversight and meticulous financial management.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Sales Directors to develop and refine sales strategies, drawing insights from current sales performance and evolving market trends to ensure CDW remains competitive and agile.
  • • A key duty involves creating and assigning effective sales plans and territories for your account management team, optimizing coverage and maximizing opportunities within your segment.
  • • You will provide ongoing coaching and expert advice to your team, equipping them with the strategies and techniques needed to enhance their sales performance, achieve individual and team goals, and consistently meet or exceed expectations.
  • • You will orchestrate the management of critical customer resources, including leveraging the expertise of technology specialists and building strong partnerships with vendor representatives to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • • Proactive engagement in customer-facing meetings and activities is essential, allowing you to build rapport, understand customer needs firsthand, and represent CDW at a high level.
  • • You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of talent management for your sales team, including actively recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and retaining a diverse and high-performing group of professionals.
  • • Developing and implementing comprehensive operating plans is crucial for achieving specific sales initiatives and segment goals, ensuring strategic alignment and execution.
