- • As a Sales Manager, OEM at Watts Water Technologies, you will lead the national OEM sales channel for the Dormont portfolio, driving revenue growth, margin performance, and market share in alignment with enterprise objectives.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute national OEM sales strategies, lead Monthly Operating Reviews, manage sales budgets, monitor pipeline health, and partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure data-driven decision-making and financial accountability.
- • You will join the One Watts Sales organization, a mission-driven team dedicated to providing safe, clean water solutions worldwide, backed by 150 years of innovation and a commitment to sustainability and integrity.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic leadership skills, deepen expertise in OEM sales and financial management, and have the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide initiatives while advancing your career in a values-driven, growth-oriented organization.
