  • • As a Sales Manager leading the Outbound team at AnyVan Inc., you will drive conversion, revenue, and attach rates by leading by example on the sales floor, ensuring high standards and performance in a fast-paced, high-volume B2C environment.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include running team huddles, setting daily plans, managing the pipeline, providing live coaching, reviewing calls, conducting skills clinics, and developing Team Leaders to become effective coaches themselves.
  • • You will join a mission-driven company founded in 2009 that has grown to serve 5 million customers across the UK and Europe, with a team of 400 AnyVanners in London, Cape Town, and Bogota, committed to reducing carbon emissions by filling empty vans and making moving more sustainable.
  • • In this role, you will sharpen your leadership and coaching expertise, master real-time data-driven decision making, and develop future leaders while directly impacting revenue growth and operational excellence in a disruptive logistics technology leader.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of leading high-volume B2C outbound sales teams with personal ability to close leads better than any agent on the floor
  • • Experience managing a multi-layered team (Agents + Team Leaders) and coaching Team Leaders to become effective coaches
  • • Strong data literacy: ability to interpret live dashboards, identify bottlenecks (e.g., speed-to-lead, talk time, drop-off), and pivot team focus in real-time
  • • Deep understanding of B2C outbound psychology, urgency, emotional triggers, and the ability to turn agents from order takers into value builders
  • • High care / high challenge leadership style: builds trust while maintaining zero tolerance for low standards or excuses, comfortable delivering early and frequent feedback
