  • • Own the North-American revenue engine at Zeneducate, a high-growth ed-tech startup that has already saved schools over $30 million since 2017. You will directly influence how millions of students experience better-staffed classrooms by scaling a team that replaces expensive traditional agencies with our vetted, on-demand educator marketplace.
  • • Lead, coach, and inspire a pod of 6–10 Account Executives and BDRs who are closing net-new districts and expanding existing accounts. You will set quarterly OKRs, run weekly pipeline scrubs, and ensure every rep has a clear path to 120 %+ quota attainment.
  • • Architect repeatable, data-driven processes that turn raw leads into predictable revenue. Partner with RevOps to refine territory mapping, funnel definitions, and forecasting models inside HubSpot so leadership can see real-time progress against $XM ARR targets.
  • • Act as the bridge between the field and the C-suite. Distill frontline feedback on pricing, product gaps, and competitive threats into concise insights that steer roadmap priorities and pricing strategy.
  • • Design and deliver a best-in-class onboarding program that gets new hires productive within 30 days. Build playbooks, call scripts, and objection-handling guides that codify what top performers do differently.
  • • Run rigorous 1:1s, deal reviews, and call-listening sessions every week. Diagnose skill gaps, prescribe targeted coaching, and celebrate wins to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high accountability.
  • • Collaborate with Marketing to launch multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline at scale. Co-own MQL→SQL conversion rates and iterate on messaging that resonates with superintendents, HR directors, and special-ed coordinators.
  • • Analyze performance metrics—win rates, cycle length, ASP, churn—to uncover trends and design experiments that lift results. Present findings in monthly QBRs to execs and the board.
  • • Champion Zen’s mission internally and externally. Speak at regional ed-tech conferences, host webinars, and build relationships with key district decision-makers to amplify our brand and create referral loops.
  • • Scale the team for the next stage of growth: forecast hiring needs, craft job scorecards, and partner with Talent to attract diverse, mission-aligned sales talent across the U.S.
  • • Foster an inclusive, high-energy remote culture where transparency, curiosity, and customer obsession are non-negotiable. Model the behaviors that make Zen a destination employer for top sales professionals.
