- • As a Sales Manager for the Respiratory division, you will be instrumental in shaping the success of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals within the vital Chugoku and Shikoku regions of Japan.

- • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to the continuous development of your direct reports, offering targeted feedback, comprehensive training, and personalized development plans to nurture their growth and maximize their potential.
- • You will act as a key liaison, building and maintaining strong, productive partnerships with Regeneron's alliance companies, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual success.
- • Enhancing Regeneron's reputation and expanding relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) will be a continuous focus, requiring you to leverage your network and influence.

- • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be your guide; you will track, analyze, and adjust strategies to ensure sales targets and behavioral goals are consistently met and exceeded within your assigned region.
- • Effective resource allocation and budget management are crucial for achieving sales targets and ensuring profitability, requiring a keen understanding of financial tools and processes.
- • You will be accountable for demonstrating the Return on Investment (ROI) for all regional investments and ensuring the successful achievement of advocacy development plans.

- • Upholding the highest standards of regulatory and corporate compliance is non-negotiable; you will ensure strict adherence to all industry codes of conduct and Regeneron's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
