🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of sales experience with 4+ years of direct management experience in high-velocity sales teams.
- • Proven track record of exceeding targets as both an individual contributor and a people manager.
- • Experience using AI tools to enhance sales efficiency and improve sales processes.
- • Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting small business owners.
- • Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams with clear expectations and consistent coaching.
