- • As a Sales Manager, SMB for Deel IT, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on driving new business and expansion revenue within the small and medium-sized business (SMB) segment across North America, playing a pivotal role in scaling Deel’s IT infrastructure offerings for global teams.
- • You will combine people leadership, pipeline generation, and operational rigor to build a high-performing sales team, working closely with SDRs, Core AEs, Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure consistent pipeline development and revenue growth while embedding Deel IT into the broader go-to-market strategy.
- • Your role will directly contribute to Deel’s mission of enabling global work by helping businesses securely procure, deploy, manage, and support devices and IT infrastructure for employees in over 130 countries through a unified platform.
- • Day to day, you will inspire team performance by setting clear goals, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and high standards that elevate individual and collective results.
- • You will operate like an owner by taking full responsibility for your team’s quota attainment, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales outcomes, using data to diagnose performance gaps and drive corrective actions.
- • You will balance empathy and intensity in your leadership style—knowing when to coach, when to challenge, and how to motivate reps through both supportive guidance and performance-driven expectations.
- • You will think in systems by designing and refining repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and workflows that scale across regions and teams, improving efficiency and consistency in deal execution.
- • You will remain customer-obsessed by continuously seeking feedback and insights to improve the buying experience, ensuring high win rates, strong attach rates, and exceptional post-sale satisfaction.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to align on messaging, enablement, and go-to-market initiatives that amplify Deel IT’s value proposition in the SMB market.
- • You will leverage Deel’s rapid growth trajectory—backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and over $1B in ARR—to accelerate your own career as a leader in the global work transformation space, gaining exposure to innovative SaaS models and international sales motions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of first-line sales management experience leading high-performing teams in a B2B environment
- • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS, IT solutions, or related technology sectors
- • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets as both an individual contributor and a people leader
- • Strong background in pipeline generation, deal inspection, forecasting, and sales operations rigor
- • Experience selling multi-product IT solutions, particularly in MDM, IAM, security, or hardware-as-a-service, is a strong plus
- • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
