- • Lead a team of ~10 Account Executives focused on high-velocity acquisition of independent restaurants in the SMB segment on the West Coast, driving predictable revenue and scaling ChowNow’s sales engine.
- • Coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable to consistently hit and exceed sales goals through rigorous, metrics-driven sales motions and disciplined execution.
- • Partner with the Director of Sales to develop top talent, reinforce a high-performance sales culture, and implement strategies that align with ChowNow’s mission to empower independent restaurants.
- • Champion restaurant success by deeply understanding their needs, advocating for their growth, and ensuring they thrive using ChowNow’s digital dining solutions—from branded websites and online ordering to marketing and delivery consolidation.
- • Foster an inclusive, diverse team environment where every voice is valued, ideas are encouraged, and individuals are supported to reach their full potential.
- • Continuously raise the bar by setting ambitious goals, seeking new challenges, and modeling a proactive, ownership-minded approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales quotas in high-velocity SMB sales environments.
- • Demonstrated success as a people manager with experience coaching, developing, and leading Account Executives or similar sales teams.
- • Deep understanding of the independent restaurant landscape and a genuine commitment to helping local businesses thrive.
- • Strong ability to build inclusive, collaborative team cultures where diversity is respected and every team member feels heard and supported.
