  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and expanding customer networks, identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored go-to-market strategies, analyzing market trends to position AI solutions effectively, and providing on-site support for strategic accounts with up to 50% travel.
  • • Sereact GmbH builds intelligent robotics solutions that enable robots to sense, reason, and act in real-world industrial settings like warehouses and factories, aiming to redefine physical work through AI-driven automation.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in strategic sales within high-growth tech environments, develop leadership skills in team and process building, and contribute directly to scaling a market-leading AI robotics company while shaping the future of industrial automation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • In-depth network and understanding of the intralogistics and industrial sector
  • • Proven experience in developing and implementing go-to-market (G2M) strategies
  • • Experience working in a scale-up environment with familiarity in rapid growth dynamics
  • • Ideally an engineering degree or equivalent technical background to understand complex AI solutions
  • • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer focus skills
  • • Proficiency in both German and English languages
