📋 Description
- • As the first international sales manager at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will lead the founding UK sales team to drive international expansion and exceed sales targets in a rapidly growing, venture-backed company transforming the $200B dental industry.
- • You will lead and inspire a team of 4-5 high-performing Account Executives through weekly 1:1s, live call reviews, pipeline reviews, and team meetings, while coaching reps on individual skill development and leading by example on sales calls.
- • You will collaborate with the UK General Manager and senior GTM leadership to set performance standards, manage escalations, navigate complex deals, and influence UK go-to-market strategy by adapting the Dandy pitch to local market needs.
- • You will develop deep product and process expertise to unblock team barriers, operate with an ownership mindset, and contribute to a high-performance culture focused on innovation, inclusivity, and driving success for dental practices worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
- • 2+ years of sales management experience
- • Proven success in high-velocity, high-volume sales environments
- • Experience motivating teams to increase outbound prospecting activity
- • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments with low ego
- • Intellectual curiosity and commitment to learning about the dentistry industry
