- • Lead enterprise sales growth across North America by identifying, developing, and closing strategic opportunities in retail, fashion, eCommerce, 3PL, manufacturing, fulfillment, and distribution verticals.
- • Own the full customer journey from initial outreach through discovery, technical evaluation, proposal development, negotiation, and seamless handoff to deployment teams.
- • Build and nurture strategic relationships with operators, engineering teams, site leadership, procurement, and C-suite stakeholders to drive alignment, urgency, and long-term partnership.
- • Shape North American go-to-market strategy by identifying high-potential target accounts, emerging industry opportunities, and strategic partnership avenues for market expansion.
- • Collaborate closely with Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions and business outcomes.
- • Lead commercial strategy for complex deals including pricing discussions, ROI positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and internal alignment across functional stakeholders.
- • Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline through accurate forecasting, CRM ownership (HubSpot or Salesforce), and clear tracking of deal progression against revenue targets.
- • Continuously improve sales processes by refining qualification frameworks, account planning methodologies, and internal tools to create a scalable and repeatable commercial engine.
- • Drive enterprise sales cycles that involve multi-functional buying groups, requiring coordination across technical, financial, and operational decision-makers.
- • Apply deep understanding of warehouse automation solutions including AMRs, ASRS, goods-to-person systems, and AutoStore environments to articulate value and overcome customer objections.
- • Communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences, translating complex robotics and automation technology into clear business value propositions.
- • Operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced scale-up environment, managing ambiguity while delivering measurable revenue impact and strategic market penetration.
- • Travel extensively across North America for customer visits, executive meetings, trade shows, and strategic events as required to advance sales objectives.
- • Contribute to the evolution of Serect’s commercial strategy by leveraging firsthand customer insights to inform product roadmaps and market positioning.
- • Ensure all sales activities align with company values, compliance standards, and legal requirements, including adherence to background check protocols.
- • Act as a key ambassador for Sereact in North America, representing the company’s mission to redefine physical work through AI-powered robotics in industrial settings.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, strategic account management, or commercial leadership within robotics, warehouse automation, material handling, intralogistics, or industrial technology
- • Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multi-functional buying groups and executive stakeholders
- • Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, robotics systems (AMRs, ASRS), goods-to-person systems, AutoStore environments, or broader warehouse automation solutions
- • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and deal tracking
- • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across North America for customer meetings, trade shows, and strategic events
- • Engineering background or strong technical affinity for complex industrial technology products
