- • The Sales & Market Analyst role at CareInMotion is a strategic linchpin for the sales organization, responsible for transforming raw market data into actionable intelligence that drives high-value pursuits and accelerates revenue growth in the competitive healthcare IT landscape. This position ensures the sales team operates with precision, insight, and efficiency by owning the research, analysis, and enablement functions critical to winning complex enterprise deals.
- • Day to day, the analyst will conduct structured market research across IDNs, health plans, HIEs, and payer-provider organizations to identify high-value prospects and emerging opportunities; develop detailed account dossiers, stakeholder maps, and opportunity briefs to inform territory planning and pursuit strategies; analyze competitor solutions including HIE vendors, interoperability platforms, and analytics providers to synthesize competitive insights for sales plays; attend industry conferences to gather live competitive intelligence and support CareInMotion’s brand presence; maintain Salesforce data integrity, reporting dashboards, and forecasting accuracy across the sales team; build and refine intelligent prospecting lists, perform whitespace analysis, and segment accounts aligned with Counselor Selling principles; assist in RFP/RFI coordination, proposal packaging, and pursuit documentation to ensure timely and compliant submissions; serve as the governance point for SFDC, Matcha Missions (AI agents), Teams file structures, and internal reference libraries; create and maintain templates, process documentation, and AI-generated materials such as competitive briefs, meeting summaries, and ROI narratives; support Clinical Consultants and Sales Executives with research, meeting prep, and follow-up materials; partner with Marketing to ensure accurate prospect lists, campaign alignment, and field-ready content that enhances sales effectiveness.
