- • Serve as a Sales & Marketing Specialist for Hitachi Energy India Limited, supporting the company’s sales and marketing initiatives across India.
- • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote Hitachi Energy’s products and solutions in alignment with regional business objectives.
- • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs, create tailored marketing materials, and support lead generation efforts.
- • Manage digital marketing channels including email campaigns, social media platforms, and the company website to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- • Prepare and distribute sales enablement content such as product brochures, presentations, case studies, and product datasheets.
- • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including product management, communications, and regional sales offices to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- • Track and report on key marketing performance metrics including lead volume, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
- • Support participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and virtual events by organizing promotional materials, registrations, and follow-up activities.
- • Maintain up-to-date marketing databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate customer segmentation and targeted outreach.
- • Ensure all marketing communications comply with corporate branding guidelines and regional regulatory requirements.
- • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, webinars, and customer workshops to drive product awareness and sales pipeline growth.
- • Work remotely from Karnataka, India, with full flexibility to manage tasks independently while maintaining alignment with global marketing standards.
- • Communicate regularly with global and regional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing deliverables and responsiveness to sales needs.
- • Adapt marketing strategies based on feedback from sales teams and evolving market conditions in the Indian energy sector.
- • Contribute to the development of annual marketing plans and quarterly activity calendars in coordination with regional leadership.
- • Maintain accurate records of marketing expenditures and ensure budget adherence across all campaigns and initiatives.
