- • Own end-to-end sales architecture, workflows, reporting, and CRM hygiene to ensure operational integrity across the revenue organization.
- • Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, conversion rates, and revenue visibility using BI tools and spreadsheets.
- • Lead forecasting and deal review cadences with sales leadership to align on revenue targets and identify risks or opportunities.
- • Support territory planning, quota allocation, and operational planning to enable scalable and equitable sales execution.
- • Administer and optimize the broader go-to-market (GTM) technology stack, including CRM, sales enablement, and automation tools.
- • Improve lead routing, pipeline workflows, and handoff processes between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to reduce friction and increase efficiency.
- • Support sales onboarding, enablement, and documentation to ensure consistent adoption of standardized processes and tools.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to maintain alignment on GTM strategy and operational execution.
- • Translate operational data into clear, actionable business insights that inform decision-making at all levels of the revenue organization.
- • Identify and close operational gaps by building scalable systems that support rapid company growth and evolving revenue needs.
- • Ensure CRM data quality and integrity through proactive hygiene practices, validation rules, and team training.
- • Drive adoption of best practices in sales operations across teams through clear documentation, training, and process refinement.
- • Monitor and enhance lead-to-revenue conversion pathways by analyzing funnel metrics and recommending process improvements.
- • Collaborate with Customer Success to align sales handoff protocols and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern RevOps tooling and GTM infrastructure to continuously improve operational efficiency.
- • Contribute to the development of scalable processes that support both enterprise and product-led growth (PLG) sales motions.
- • Act as a trusted operational partner to sales leadership, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize performance and forecast reliability.
- • Ensure all sales operations activities align with the company’s mission to maximize productivity, safety, and traceability in AI adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations at a B2B SaaS company
- • Deep familiarity with sales reporting, workflows, and CRM architecture
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using spreadsheets, BI tools, and SQL
- • Ability to turn operational data into clear business insights
- • High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
- • Process-oriented thinker who enjoys building scalable systems
