- • Partner with the Chief of Strategy, Senior Director of Global Sales Ops, and sales leaders to drive daily order management and data excellence
- • Analyze pricing scenarios and deliver strategic insights that empower Sales teams to win deals faster
- • Own the full Manual Service Order lifecycle—from creation and documentation to system updates and cross-team visibility
- • Act as the key liaison between Sales Ops, Customer Success, and other departments to close process gaps and accelerate revenue
- • Keep CRM data pristine through best-practice hygiene, region-wide alignment, and clear documentation
- • Generate weekly order reports for management and provide rapid-fire solutions to system or data issues
