  • • The Sales Operations Analyst role at Pax8 is critical to powering smarter, faster sales decisions through high-quality reporting, insight-led analysis, and scalable process improvement, directly influencing efficiency, forecasting confidence, and partner outcomes.
  • • Day to day, you will own critical reporting rhythms by delivering daily and monthly performance views, audit and strengthen data quality by spotting gaps and inconsistencies, improve workflows by documenting processes and mapping handoffs, help build smarter revenue workflows by supporting rollout of new processes, partner across teams on strategic projects to quantify impact, and translate insight into action by communicating findings clearly to diverse audiences.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in sales operations, business operations, analytics, process improvement, or a closely related field in a fast-moving environment
  • • Confidence working with sales performance metrics such as quota attainment, retention signals, downgrades, pipeline health, and operational KPIs
  • • Strong capability in Excel and comfort building clear, decision-ready outputs like tables, models, dashboards, and structured insights
  • • Experience with Salesforce reporting, workflows, and process concepts, with a curiosity to keep optimizing
  • • Ability to document processes clearly through mapping, measurement, and gap analysis, and recommend improvements that simplify work
  • • Comfort supporting indirect/partner-led transactions and understanding the operational steps behind them, including order flows, agreements, and approvals
