Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a Sales Operations Analyst at Fanvue, you will be instrumental in powering the engine of our rapidly expanding commercial teams. This role is designed for an individual who thrives on ensuring operational excellence, enabling our sales force to concentrate on closing deals and driving growth. You will be the linchpin in maintaining the smooth, accurate, and swift execution of sales processes, from initial lead engagement through to successful creator onboarding and revenue realization.
- • Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous maintenance and updating of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This involves ensuring that all lead, deal, and onboarding data is not only accurate but also current, providing a reliable single source of truth for the sales and wider commercial teams. This data integrity is foundational to our ability to forecast, strategize, and operate effectively.
- • You will act as a key support for the Sales team, assisting with the preparation and management of essential documentation such as contracts, proposals, and onboarding packs. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of crucial calls and demonstrations, ensuring that sales activities progress without administrative bottlenecks.
- • A significant part of your role will involve diligently tracking the progress of all deals within the sales pipeline. This includes proactively following up on pending actions, securing necessary approvals, and ensuring that all parties are aligned on the next steps. Your vigilance in this area will directly contribute to shortening sales cycles and accelerating revenue generation.
- • You will own the end-to-end administrative flow for both creator and agency onboarding. This encompasses managing the initial setup processes, addressing and resolving basic configuration issues, and ensuring compliance with necessary procedures such as Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and payout setups. Your efficient handling of these tasks will be critical to a positive initial experience for our partners.
- • Preparing and delivering regular sales reports, insightful dashboards, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) updates will be a core function. These outputs will provide essential data-driven insights to leadership and the sales team, informing strategic decisions and performance evaluations.
- • Effective cross-functional coordination is paramount. You will be the bridge between Sales, Creator Success, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring seamless handovers of information and responsibilities. This collaborative approach guarantees that all departments are aligned and working in concert to support our creators and drive business objectives.
- • Maintaining organized sales files, managing shared inboxes, standardizing templates, and developing clear process checklists are all part of ensuring operational efficiency and consistency across the team. This structured approach minimizes errors and facilitates scalability.
- • You will also be expected to support ad-hoc Sales Operations tasks as they arise. This flexibility and willingness to tackle emergent needs are vital for keeping the commercial engine running at maximum velocity in a fast-paced environment.
- • This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in our modern Canary Wharf office in London, offering a blend of collaborative in-office work and the flexibility of remote days.
- • Ultimately, this position is about enabling our sales team to perform at their best by providing a robust, efficient, and supportive operational framework. You will be a critical player in Fanvue's continued success and rapid growth within the creator economy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or sales operations within a technology company or a similarly fast-paced business environment.
- • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
- • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) and advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- • A proactive and reliable work ethic, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently, taking initiative to drive tasks to completion.
- • While not essential, experience in the creator economy, SaaS platforms, or environments involving KYC and payment processing would be a significant advantage.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Recognition as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, reflecting a positive and supportive workplace culture.
- • The opportunity to work with a talented, mission-driven team dedicated to empowering creators globally.
- • A high-impact role where your contributions directly support revenue growth and the commercial scaling of the company.
- • Hybrid working model with 3 days per week in our London office, offering a balance of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.
- • Flexible working hours, allowing you to structure your day around your peak productivity times.
- • Unlimited holiday policy, promoting a healthy work-life balance and encouraging you to take the time you need to recharge.
- • A dedicated budget for personal growth and wellbeing initiatives, supporting your professional development and overall health.
