- • Provides comprehensive clerical and administrative support to sales representatives and channel partners, facilitating contract processing, sales quotes, order fulfillment, and invoice reconciliation.
- • Serves as the primary liaison between the sales team and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency across functions.
- • Performs detailed background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support sales strategy and decision-making.
- • Responds to inquiries regarding company products and services, occasionally assisting with customer service functions to maintain high client satisfaction.
- • Tracks sales transactions and generates detailed reports on market conditions, forecasting data, order status, sales results, lead pipelines, sales quotas, and representative attainment metrics.
- • Supports the preparation and coordination of tradeshow events, including logistics, materials, and vendor communication to ensure successful participation.
- • Manages sales information systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and contract documentation.
- • Assists in product training initiatives by organizing materials and coordinating sessions to ensure sales teams are equipped with current product knowledge.

- • Prioritizes and manages multiple administrative tasks simultaneously, adapting to shifting deadlines and evolving sales priorities without compromising accuracy.
