We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Sales Operations Analyst Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our global Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and sales coverage strategies.
- • In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our Annual Sales Planning process, encompassing intricate customer segmentation, meticulous territory planning, and strategic quota development. Your expertise will be instrumental in reinforcing the clarity and effectiveness of our global customer segmentation and account coverage models, while adeptly balancing regional nuances to uphold and enhance the core intent of these strategies. This position demands a hands-on approach, utilizing your advanced analytical skills with tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker, and Salesforce (SFDC) to derive fact-based insights, foster consensus among stakeholders, and inform crucial business decisions.
- • Your core responsibilities will include owning the entire annual GTM planning cycle, from initial customer segmentation to the finalization of territory plans and quota allocations. You will be tasked with evolving and adapting our global customer segmentation and prioritization strategies, along with our account coverage model, to ensure seamless alignment with overarching Corporate Strategy and Objectives. A key aspect of your role will be to continuously refine and communicate the global customer segmentation and account coverage model, actively seeking opportunities to improve its spirit and intent.
- • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key sales executives and cross-functional partners will be paramount. You will work extensively with Geo Sales Operations, Territory Operations, and various internal teams, including Business Intelligence (BI), Finance, IT, and Compensation, to define, implement, and govern our customer segmentation framework. This includes managing the GTM change process, which covers critical elements such as coverage motions, territory assignments, and account hierarchy management.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales strategy and sales operations, with a strong command of communication and influencing skills. You should be comfortable presenting complex information and collaborating with partners at all organizational levels. Demonstrated teamwork and influencing abilities are essential, as you will be instrumental in driving initiatives within a highly interdependent and collaborative environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7 years of experience in a combination of sales strategy and sales operations.
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Alteryx.
- • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
