📋 Description

  • Drive operational excellence and sales growth for GE Appliances' Room Air Conditioning, Dehumidifier, Small Appliances, Water Filtration, and Parts product lines specifically within The Home Depot (THD) channels, encompassing in-store, online, and professional (pro) segments.
  • Act as a key support for the National Account Manager (NAM) responsible for the RAC, Water Filtration, Small Appliances, and Parts portfolio, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives through meticulous project planning, streamlined operations flow, and insightful business reviews.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with account management, finance, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure the successful execution of customer commitments and strategic initiatives.
  • Own and manage the Brand Advocate program for the assigned product portfolio, guaranteeing a best-in-class online presentation and customer experience on homedepot.com.
  • Oversee and manage the Drop Ship Processes, ensuring seamless Order, Ship, and Bill operations within the Commerce Hub platform.
  • Administer the Order, Ship, Bill process for Direct Imports specifically for The Home Depot, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactively manage Derby inventory levels, comparing them against The Home Depot's forecasts and making necessary adjustments in collaboration with the Fulfillment Team to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Juggle multiple competing priorities effectively, driving timely resolution of operational issues, championing process improvements, and successfully implementing strategic account initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Provide critical support in customizing customer sales presentations by leveraging category insights, aligning with the overall sales strategy, and capitalizing on identified account opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Fulfillment and Distribution Center (DFC) teams on shipment logistics, managing both internal and external delivery processes to ensure timely product distribution.
  • Take full ownership of Item Data Management (IDM) processes, crucial for the successful online and in-store launch of new SKUs, ensuring all product information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage the returns approval process for the RAC, Water Filtration, Small Appliances, and Parts product lines, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the Transportation department for Room Air Conditioner shipments, overseeing order entry and product fulfillment to meet delivery timelines.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market and Point-of-Sale (POS) data to develop actionable recommendations for the NAM regarding assortment performance, plan-o-gram effectiveness, promotional analysis, and display planning. Engage directly with The Home Depot on data analysis to provide comprehensive sales and inventory insights.
  • Lead the operational management for multiple MDO/TAD (Multi-Distribution Outlet/Third-Party Delivery) locations as The Home Depot expands its proprietary delivery network, ensuring smooth Order/Ship/Bill/Returns and on-time delivery metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with The Home Depot (retail and pro channels) and internal supply chain teams on Quote Center order management, forecast accuracy, and resolving operational issues to guarantee product availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic account initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and process optimization within the THD partnership.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders and The Home Depot account team, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the home appliance sector, particularly as they relate to The Home Depot's market position.
  • Support the NAM in developing and executing annual operating plans and sales forecasts for the assigned product categories and channels.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as The Home Depot's vendor guidelines and operational requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to sales operations and account management.
  • Minimal travel is expected for this role, allowing for a strong focus on day-to-day operational management.
