- • As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously manage and enhance the quality of sales lead data, acting as the crucial first line of defense before leads are passed to the sales team. This position is fundamental to optimizing the sales process by improving lead quality, boosting sales team productivity, and significantly reducing the time wasted on processing inaccurate, duplicate, or outdated information. By ensuring that our sales representatives focus exclusively on high-quality, verified opportunities ready for engagement, you will directly contribute to the overall success and revenue generation of the sales department.
- • Your day-to-day activities will involve a comprehensive approach to data management and validation. You will be tasked with validating and cleaning extensive datasets of sales leads, which will be sourced from both external marketing campaigns and internal lead generation efforts. A key part of your role will be to proactively identify and systematically remove any duplicate, invalid, or outdated records from the lead pool. This rigorous process ensures that the lead pipeline remains of the highest quality, enabling the sales team to operate with maximum effectiveness. Furthermore, you will be responsible for making timely and accurate updates to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to reflect these data hygiene improvements. You will also conduct regular, periodic checks on the overall hygiene of the CRM system, focusing specifically on lead data to ensure that data integrity is consistently maintained over time. This proactive approach to CRM hygiene is essential for long-term data reliability and sales process efficiency.
- • In addition to your core data quality responsibilities, you will provide essential support to the commercial team. This support will often involve responding to ad-hoc requests, where your analytical skills will be leveraged to identify opportunities for improving sales team productivity. You will contribute to data enrichment initiatives, ensuring that lead records contain all necessary and relevant information to facilitate effective outreach and conversion. Your efforts will also be directed towards enhancing the overall customer experience by ensuring that initial interactions are based on accurate and relevant lead information. A significant aspect of your role will be to develop and provide basic, yet insightful, reporting on the quality of the lead pool and the status of your validation efforts. These reports will offer visibility into the effectiveness of data cleaning processes and highlight areas for further improvement, enabling data-driven decision-making within the sales operations function.
